1. About Us
This website is operated by [Mango and Moon Interiors] ("we", "our", "us"). We are a business based in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products
We sell children’s play products, including fabric tents and activity mats.
All products are manufactured overseas and made from materials including 100% certified organic cotton (OEKO-TEX® Standard 100) and recycled polyester infill.

Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur.

3. Age Recommendation & Safety
Our products are recommended for children aged 1 years and over (1+).

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Adult supervision is required at all times during use
  • Products must be assembled and used according to instructions
  • Products are intended for indoor/domestic use unless otherwise specified
  • Keep away from open flames, heat sources, and sharp objects

You must regularly inspect the product for damage or wear and discontinue use if any faults are identified.

We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

4. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide from Perth, Western Australia.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

For change-of-mind returns, we accept returns within [14] days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.

7. Warranty
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we provide a voluntary warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of [6 months] from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Faults in materials
  • Defects in workmanship under normal domestic use

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper assembly, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Damage caused by external factors (e.g. water, fire, pets, or rough handling)

To make a warranty claim, you must provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photographic evidence of the defect

At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund the product.

8. Product Quality & Materials
We take reasonable steps to ensure our products meet stated certifications, including OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.

However, we do not guarantee that products are completely free from all allergens or sensitivities.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
  • Loss arising from improper use or handling of our products
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions or safety guidelines

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, and text, is owned by us and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

11. Privacy
We collect, use, and store personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy hosted by Shopify.
